For an unforgettable experience of traditional Japanese culture, this onsen ryokan has it all! Set amidst beautiful river views and lush greenery, the staff is incredibly hospitable and friendly. the futon beds are surprisingly comfortable, the toilet and shower facilities are clean and separate, and the traditional Japanese breakfast is a must-try. the forest onsen is serene and marvelous with views to the surroundings.
There is only one minor negative aspect to be aware of: the food is from a set menu which can only suit those who love Japanese cuisine. While the quality is excellent some guests may prefer to have more choice in their meal options.

I had a wonderful stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, and they even gave me a special gift during my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the onsen, which was incredibly relaxing and pristine. The location was also perfect, with beautiful views of nature all around. The breakfast was delicious, featuring authentic Japanese cuisine, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! My partner and I had the best time in a traditional Japanese hotel. We loved wearing the yukatas and trying the onsens. The scenery was breathtaking; you could hear the sound of the nearby river and witness the beauty of the forest. The staff was super friendly and even gave us gifts on our birthdays, which was really sweet. The best part was the dinner and breakfast; both were delicious, and the quantity was good. We felt like royalty eating such great quality food. A must-try for anyone who visits the area.
The location was a bit far, and we had to use multiple trains to get there. It was a bit of a hassle, but it was totally worth it.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a traditional Japanese hotel with hot springs and it was exceptional. the location was perfect, with breathtaking scenery all around and a beautiful river view from our room. We loved the hot springs and the traditional Japanese meals were delicious. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and even gave us presents. It was definitely a unique and memorable experience.
We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel as we didn't know about the pick-up service. We ended up walking from the station and it was farther than we expected.
